Booking

You can schedule a tour by selecting a space and choosing your preferred date and time. Alternatively, you can also share your details and we will call you back to help you schedule a tour.

The resident can convey his booking cancelation decision to the property manager, please note that the token amount is non- refundable

Cancellations & Refunds

If a resident has made a booking but does not move in beyond 7 days from the scheduled move-in date, their reservation will unfortunately be cancelled. It’s important to note that the initial token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

The deposit is refundable subject to completion of minimum duration of stay, serving one month of notice and clearing any outstanding dues including any recovery due to damage to the property or appliances

The security deposit is equal to 1 month's rent.

It is a one-time fixed amount that we charge from you in addition to the monthly service charges. 

Please note that this is refundable subject to completing your minimum duration of stay, and ensuring no damages to your rental or the property  So you get the full deposit credited right back to your bank account whenever you decide to move out. 

Charges & Payment Structure

Apart from monthly service charge, the following charges are required to be paid,
Durinf move-in, we request you pay the following
1. Onboarding charges - to docover agreement, police verification and preparing the room for you
2. Security Deposit which is a one-time refundable charge, equal to a month's rent

Rent payment cycle is fixed and easy to remember. We request you to pay the rent for a given month, on or before the 5th of the month. Rest assured, we'll start reminding you in advance.

Follow these three steps to book your space:
1. Fill out the enquiry form so we can reach out to you.
2. Book a tour of our space when you receive a call from us or book directly on our website.  
3. After the site visit, you must pay a token in order to book your space. 

Upon successful booking:

1. We will provide you with a link to our app. This app is designed to help you settle into the property and provide access to various features, such as notices, helpdesk, amenities, and services.

2. On your move-in day, we kindly request you to carry a national identification document for KYC purposes to ensure a smooth move-in.

We offer a variety of payment options, including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.

Payments & Receipts

Yes, you can book a room for a third party by providing their contact details to the sales executive.

In case the amount gets debited from your account and the booking page shows that the payment has failed, the amount deducted will be credited to your account within 5 working days.

Sorry, the deposit and monthly service charges cannot be paid in installments.

Yes, the property manager will assist you for a property tour through a phone call or you can visit our website and schedule a property visit.

You can generate the Referral code by following the steps on the Yukio website:

Yes, there is a cap of 20 successful referrals. You can earn rewards for up to 20 successful referrals.

The referral code has a 3-month validity once the referrer generates the code.

If the Referee does not move into Yukio within 3 months, then they will no longer be a part of your referral pool.

Rs5,000 E-voucher per successful referral.
